What's Important to Know?

When does CareerX begin?
Our next cohort begins in March.
How long is CareerX and how much time do I need to dedicate?
The program spans nine weeks. You will receive 9 training modules that can be completed based on your schedule.
When are the live calls?
If you register for Elite or Executive you'll have access to live group coaching sessions. These will take place every other Thursday at 12pm EST. Can't make it? We got you! Sessions will be recorded.
How many 1:1 coaching sessions do I get?
If you sign up for Executive, you will receive three coaching sessions. If you sign up for Elite, you will receive one coaching session. These can can be used at any time throughout the program and booked based on your availability.
How is this different than other leadership development programs?
I've created and taught a LOT of leadership courses. CareerX is customized to you: your skills, your organization, your results. What does this mean? You won't be sitting in a classroom for a week listening to lectures. You won't be learning about generic principles that you don't know how to apply. CareerX provides a roadmap for you to follow, so if you put in the work now, you'll be able to do the work you love later.
Can I really shift my career in 9 weeks?
Yes! If you put in the work. We often work more and try to do all the things without determining what the most important things are. So, we're putting in more hours without any real results. The result we do get? Burnout? Over the course of CareerX, you'll create a plan of attack for how you want to accelerate your career so you can work smarter.
What is your refund policy?
As a high potential I know you go full-in, to every new challenge. And this is no different. I don't offer refunds because if you invest in your career, you need to truly invest in your career and put in the work.
